I have a 2005 grand am 3.4 liter. good battery, cables tight and clean. no start when turn key. light on but go off when turned key. hear the starter relay click.

get a new battery, if you suspect it is something else here is a simple test...
Turn your headlights onto high beam and then try to start the car, if you cannot see the light from sitting in the driver seat (say on a wall at 5 meters) the battery is cactus

My saturn ion 2005, 2.2l engine will not turn over, is it the ignition switch?

That sounds like battery--wiring-or starter. Check the battery voltage. It should be 12.6. volts with engine off. Clean the battery terminals.

My 2005 grand prix battery died, so I went to boost it with my power pack. I turned the key and pop, no lights, radio anything. I wiggle the fuses under the hood and get power again, I turn the Key again...

Do you know how to voltage drop automotive electrical circuit's using a DMM - digital multi-meter ? Checking main power feed to fuse box etc.... loose connection , bad positive feed cable etc .. Do you know what wiring diagrams are ? Electrical distribution diagrams ?
Electric Testing Techniques You Need to Know

Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html
Enter vehicle info. year , make , model an engine size. Under system click on electrical distribution then under subsystem click on power distribution . Click the search button then the blue link's . test the circuit's . Plus knowing how the systems work would be good . When you turn the key to start it send a low voltage signal to the BCM - body control module . The BCM sends a message to the PCM/ECM - engine computer to energize the starter relay . A lot of complex electronic's an electrical systems involved .

2005 Mazda 3 won't start; when I turn the ignition the dashboard lights flicker and a loud clicking sound occurs

the battery is low on power. the lights will still light for a bit longer but your engine needs more cranking amps to turn it over. The clicking sound is your starter without enough power. Have someone help you jump the car. or if you have a manual transmission, get the car moving 5mph+ somehow (push or hill) and pop the clutch out with the keys in the ignition in the "on" position. your car will start right up. if your car regularly needs jumped you probably have a bad battery. if your car looses power while driving you have a bad alternator.

I have good battery charge but just makes a loud clicking sound when you try starting it..whats the problem? (near the fuse box under the hood)

SOUND LIKE A FAULTY STARTER RELAY OR SOLENOID.YOUR BATTERY VOLTAGE SUPPOSE TO BE 12.5 VOLTS. MAKE SURE YOUR BATTERY CABLES IS TIGHT.AND CLEAN WITH NO CORROSSION ON BATTERY POST AND CABLES.WARNING IF YOU HAVE TO REMOVE BATTERY CABLES.TURN OFF RADIO SO YOU WONT LOSE CODE TO PLAY RADIO.

1995 ford f150 makes single loud click when trying to start

Does it make the loud click just once, or will it continue to click when you turn the key?
If it is just once, then there is still a bad connection someplace for the main power. If it continues to click every time you turn the key to "start", then it is probably the starter solenoid itself that is bad. There are two big terminals (bolts) on the solenoid, and if you connect a 12V test light or meter across them, you should see power there. If the light doesn't go out (or very dim) when you turn the ign. to 'start', then the solenoid is bad. If the light goes out and the starter doesn't turn, then there is something wrong with the starter. I suspect the solenoid also because it works better with a strong charge on the battery.
