My 2005 grand prix wont turn over but battery is good
Try to start it in neutral. the trans. has a safety switch that will not allow the car to start in anything, but park and neutral. sometimes the shift lever gets a little out of line with the gear indicator. also try firmly shifting into and out of park a few times. this may flip the switch. good luck
Testing connections, relays and voltage to starter before and after key is turned on.

This sounds like a dead or open battery, clean the battery cables with a wire cleaning tool avail from any parts store, at the same time take the battery out and have it tested, Kragen does this for free! Most of the time the battery has a broken/burnt post inside, so it may show Green for go, but in fact is no good. Factory trained Ford and GM Technician 30 years in the field.

Another cause could be a bad ground on the starter. Cleaning the connection might help.

If you deffinitely have fuel and spark then it must be a timing issue.
It's ok have fuel & spark but if in the wrong place at the wrong time it won't start. Check that the timing marks to and bottom are correct, the belt could have jumped.
Is it back firing into the inlet when trying to crank? Like a loudish popping noise.
