2001 audi a4 1.9tdi small turbo/vacuum pipes mixed up

I had a mechanic changing the small vaccum pipes for my Audi and as a result the car goes into limp mode and no turbo. Looks like the the pipes are all mixed up. Can anyone send me the piping diagram please.

Thanks in advance.

First, take it back and give them a chance to correct there repair abilities or lack of knowledge. Hopefully they will not want to charge you. Find a good repair facility before you need one.

Hi Audi Experts, how can i solve P2195 and P2099 codes on my Audi Q7 3.0tdi?

code p 2195 refers to heated oxygen sensor(HO2S) 1 bank 1--signal stuck lean===causes --HO2S---fuel pressure --injectors---intake leak
also --HO2S 1 bank 1 implausible signal====causes ---wiring---short to positive ---short to ground ---HO2S--- ECM for that code I would be replacing the HO2S and checking the intercooler for a split to loose boost pressure
code p 2099 refers to post cat converter fuel trim bank 2 --too rich====causes ---cat converter
it also refers to engine coolant temp sensor (ECT)--circuit malfunction===causes wiring---ECT sensor

1991 audi I5 20v turbo moisture an oil in intake piping

check for blockages in the air filter system. replace the air filter. The only way that oil can get in to the turbo inlet hose is if the turbo is running in a vacuum and sucking oil fast the turbo seals Unless the turbo bearings are shot.

A4 audi 1.9tdi. power loss when accelerating on an inkline. feels like turbo cutting out but you can still hear it running.new turbo fitted. all electronic switches pertaining to turbo replaced etc.

check if your catylac converter if plugged and also for vaccum leaks. those two things are the most likely reason its doing that if not then get back to me

I have an Audi A41.9 TDI 1997 and it is coughing up black smoke which comes out of the exhaust pipe. On the motoway, while trying to overtake a car a puff of black smoke came out of the exhaust pipe and...

There are several possible faults:
1. Pressure sensor is faulty (it might come up on diagnostics as if it was working fine, but it shows the wrong manifold pressure).
2. Either one of the boost pipes/hoses or the intercooler have a hole somewhere.
3. Turbo's actuator is stuck.
4. Vacuum hose is damaged which goes in to the turbo actuator.
5. Control valve for the turbo actuator is not working properly.

If somebody replaced the turbocharger with a new one, you must check up all command vacuum lines, the entire air intake system (air pressure pipes, intercooler, connections, EGR - throttle vane, ...), and also turbocharger and EGR command solenoid valves (three pieces). Could be also MAF sensor defective! Here you have the vacuum air pipes connection picture for Audi A4 1.9 TDI (AJM engine):

Turbo repair/replacement

Yes, you have to do this and yes it is a pin, would highly reccommend taking this to a ASE certified local mechanic who speciallizes in AUDI NOT a dealership
