The motor was easy to test with another battery and come to find out it was the contacts in the switches, well I took them apart and cleaned them all, only took 5 hours but now all switches roll all windows, couldn't imagine such a little bit of soot could stop so much juice but it did, and the contacts on the down side weren't corroded hardly at all I guess cuz you don't hold the button down as long and not so much amps.

Need to get a wiring diagram. Buy a book and follow the wiring schematic. It should help you out majorly. Can't really work on electrical issues without one.
It means that your window switch is bad and it is not making contact to roll it down or it is so corroded that the electricity can't travel through the pin to the window motor for going down
the window regulator is going bad,it has a up cable and a down cable so I would replace it before it wont go up at all, they are pretty inexpensive around $70.00 at a decent parts house, its a pretty simple job, remove the door panel, locate window to regulator bolts.remove them, take glass out thru top, locate 3 bolts that hold motor assy. remove them take bolts holding regulator in place remove them, take motor and regulator out thru holes in door.you can do it! have a good day DB
