I am confused - I have a simple query and logged on to your site as you offered free advice! Do you not offer the service as described on your website. I definitely don't need a team of experts to answer my very simple question.

SOURCE: Need specific location of oil drain plug to change oil
I have owned a 1999 intrepid for 9 years. And have changed the oil many times in the 170,000 miles I've owned it. This car comes mostly with a 2.7 liter motor. It does some times have a 3.5 liter. As you open the hood, there is a sticker that tells you what motor it has. If you have the 2.7, between the two front wheels you have a cast aluminum oil "pan" You will see a oil filter sitting vertical, towards the passenger side. The bottom of the filter is almost flush with the bottom of the oil pan. Just to the side of the filter, towards the driver side, is a hex head oil plug. It will take a 11/16" wrench to remove it.Hope this helps lbreen

SOURCE: location of Mercedes 2003 C320 oil drain plug
This answer is completely wrong. The oil plug is under the car underneath the second plastic aero panel from the front of the car. Second, the 3.2 litre engine takes 8.5 quarts of oil and not 5 as this will be seriously under filled. Your compter display in your dash will tell you this when it beeps, turns red and reads, add more oil. It also alerts you when the oil has been overfilled because there is NO dipstick on this car. The only dipstick here is the one giving the wrong advise.
