sorry but the 2000 STS does not have a reset for the fuel pump. you will need to run diagnostics on the fuel pump system to find why it is not working, the first thing to do is test for a 2 second power pules to the fuel pump when you turn on the key if there is then replace the pump, if not then it is time to start running some tests on the control circuits.
this is a warning that there is a problem with the electronic traction control system, a part or circuit has failed, u will need to have the dealer test the system for a trouble code that will be stored in the control modules memory that will indicate were to look for the defective part, it will most likely be a wheel speed sensor, until the system light is out it is disabled.
