Each power outlet has its own fuse. The fuses are F2.2, 3,4,5,and 12. They are in the fuse box near the battery. Your owners manual should have the details.
I was searching for this fuse. All the above fuses mentioned were not popped on my vehicle and the 12v power was the only thing not working. Look under the hood by the latch. There is another fuse box by the hood latch. Open that and it will be #16 & #18 one is your 12v power, the other is cig lighter. Both of mine were popped. Replaced those and my problem was fixed.

The front 12volt outlet/cig is position 32, 20 amp fuse The rear 12volt outlet is position 40, 20 amp fuse
Faulty reciever ,,, Worth checking the plug assy for internal damage . Check that the sat receiver is within the power capabilities of the vehicles acessory plugs < 10amp .
