2008 Toyota Camry. I cant get it into ACC mode.

Question edited for a little more clarity.
Question moved to model category.

This site doesn't do well on abbreviations. By 'acc' (I changed to 'ACC', do you mean the Accessory position on the ignition switch?

Is the key worn out, is a recut key? Can you start the vehicle? You can try spraying Switch Cleaner into the lock.

Crankup and drive get some place and shut it off them sometimes wont restart till it cools. checked relays battery alternater all is good what is wrong ?

If your starter won't turn over after driving and shutting the car off, sometimes, it sounds like your starter is getting stuck/overheating. Replace your starter and this problem should go away.

2002 ford taurus check engine lite code is po460, a mechanic replaced the fuel pump, still didn't pass inspection......please help!

I am going to paste a list of potential causes for a p0460. There is a cure for a dirty reader card and Ford recommends CHEVRON TECHRON fuel system cleaner. Run tank low, put in cleaner, use best gas you can find, avoid your frequent brand.

P0460 - Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Malfunction The PCM monitors the fuel level input (FLI) circuit for electrical failure. The test fails when the signal moves outside the minimum or maximum allowable calibrated parameters for a specified fuel fill percentage in the fuel tank. Empty fuel tank
Fuel pump (FP) module stuck open
Incorrectly installed fuel gauge
Damaged instrument cluster
CASE GND circuit open
FLI shorted to VPWR
Damaged PCM
Overfilled fuel tank
Fuel pump (FP) module stuck closed
Damaged fuel gauge
FLI circuit open
FLI circuit shorted to CASE GND or PWR GND
CSE GND shorted to VPWR
Monitor FLI PID and FLI V PID in key ON engine RUNNING. FLI PID at 25% fill (with non matching fuel gauge) and FLI V PID less than 0.90 volts [for FLI PID at 75% fill (with non matching fuel gauge) and FLI V PID greater than 2.45 volts] indicates a hard fault.

My b/f has a 1990 Fleetwood Cadillac...He believes the fly wheel may be broken...Where is the fly wheel and are they easy to replace?

the fly wheel is located at the back of the engine block. You will have to drop the transmission to fix it. The hardest part of this job is dropping the transmission. the fly wheel is held on by 8 bolts. bery simple. If your b/f is not a mechanic, he can get a book called the Chiltons manual for that car. It will give him step by step instructions on how to replace it, and what tools are needed.

Car won't pass California smog. Sniffer test passed, but I've been told car idles too high due to vaccum leak somewhere. How do I locate the leak and fix it?

I had same problem so I changed all the vacum hoses by intake manifold they were like 9 and they adjusted the timeing and my idle was almost at 1.8 so they drooped it to .700 rpms and it passed with flying colors and added octane buster and a full tank supreme gas...
