That is the heater / AC blower motor ! There are electrical circuits and relays and blower motor resistor , blower motor etc... Electrical testing is the way to diagnose blower motor circuit . Looking at a wiring diagram to see what controls the blower motor on your particular vehicle would be the first step in diagnosing your problem . to me , sounds like you lost ground to the sensors and some years have an ECU 5v output that runs sensors that can DIE. (with brand new sensors) sensors need power to work, so we use a voltmeter to test live circuits, this shows me exactly why its failing. (3 causes)

Shine a flashlight down onto the condenser fan assembly to locate the wiring harness to the fan motor and the three bolts holding the fan assembly in place. Disconnect the wiring harness from the fan motor and move it to the side.Remove the bolts from the top and bottom of the fan assembly, located in the shroud, with the socket set.Lift the old fan assembly upward and out of the engine well carefully. Avoid catching it on any wiring or other engine components.Lower the new fan assembly into position and thread the bolts in.Reconnect the wiring harness and negative battery cable in reverse of removal. Drain the cooling system. Remove the radiator cap to speed draining.
Remove the inlet hose from the radiator.
Remove the transmission oil cooler lines from the retainer clip at the bottom of the cooling fan shroud.
Remove the fan shroud clip from the condenser tubes.
Remove the bolt that connects the fan shroud to the condenser hold down bracket.
Remove the air deflectors from the top of the radiator.
Remove the cooling fan shroud bolts.
Remove the coolant reservoir hose from the radiator overflow neck.
Remove the radiator upper support brackets and bolts that connect to the fan shroud.
Disconnect the engine cooling fan motors electrical connectors.
Remove the cooling fan motors electrical harness from the fan shroud clips.
Remove the cooling fan shroud.
Remove the outlet hose from the radiator.
Disconnect the transaxle oil cooler pipes from the radiator.
Tilt the top of the radiator rearward.
Remove the condenser hold down bracket from the radiator.
Lift the condenser from the mounting tabs on the radiator and position the condenser aside.
1.Disconnect the ground cable from the battery terminal.2.Disconnect the fan motor connector.3.Loosen the radiator drain plug to drain the coolant.4.Disconnect the upper and lower hoses and overflow tube after marking the radiator hose and the hose clamp the ease reassembly.
Cover or plug the hose and inlets of the radiator so that dust and other foreign material etc. can not enter after the hose is disconnected from theradiator.5.For vehicles with automatic transaxles, disconnect the oil cooler hoses from the automatic transaxle.6.Remove the air conditioner condenser fixing bolts and radiator bracket fixing nuts.7.Remove the radiator and the fan motor.8.Remove the radiator fan motor and condenser fan motor from the radiator.
