If it has one it will be under dash or under the hood in the fuse box. Most vehicles nowadays do not have them. It is all controlled by the body control module.

If the right side works it's not your flasher, Its your left side bulb, either front turn signal or rear tail light bulb.

there is only one flasher unit and it is part of the 4 way hazard flasher ununit located in the vent on the passenger side near the radio. it costs around 149 dollars. I would replace all bulb on the left side first unless the 4 way flashers work.

should be drivers side under dash,,u have to take the panel down,,its near the radio on the back side of the panel ,,some times u can turn ignition on turn signal on,,lesson for flasher,,to locate it,,hope it helped
