How do I go about obtaining a drive ring (big cog) with 10 teeth missing

Depends, if an automatic transmission, you will need to drop trans and replace flex plate ( one piece). If a standard trans , again drop trans and clutch assembly remove flywheel and either replace flywheel or sometimes they have a replaceable ring gear but that is a hard job since it must be heated up to expand over flywheel

How to get fly wheel off of 77 Ford F100, 351 mod, 400 block?

I had to do this on my 1988 F250, if I remember correctly:
Remove in this order:
Driveshaft, Starter, lower cover plate, transmission, torque converter.
Flywheel s/b bolted to converter.
When driveshaft is removed - plug gap in tranny output - between drive shaft and housing - to prevent fluid spillage.
When removing transmission - plug hole in converter to prevent spillage.
When handling converter hold it flywheel side down until - to avoid fluid loss.
I presume you have all the correct tools and a helper.
hope it goes well

How to replace flywheel on '91 taurus

If car is an automatic transmission, it's not a flywheel, per se, but a "flex plate", and is removed just like a flywheel. The transmission will have to be removed first. Follow the repair instructions for transmission R&R. Big job, big pain.

How do i go about putting a big block into a chevy bel-air

The big block should mate up to the trans. just fine if it's a T-350 or T-400 trans. that you're using. You'll have to change the engine mounts and your accessory brackets to the big block application. The fuel pump, I believe, is going to be different. The carb. linkage will be the same. Your exhaust may not bolt right up depending if you're using headers or not. The distributor will be the same as the small block. The guage hook ups will be pretty close to the other engine.

When I park my 2005 explorer on an incline with the front end facing up hill, It is very difficult to get it into gear after starting. I have to rock the vehicle while my wife shift it into gear. Is this...

That is normal. You need to apply the parking brake to prevent this from happening. In Park, the tranny is engaged with the flywheel. The starter also engages the flywheel when you start the car. The flywheel has teeth on it, as does the tranny & starter. These teeth are getting bent from the pressure between them. A new flywheel is a big job. I would do your best to use the e-brake at full, and maybe block the wheels if nessessary. Adjustment of the e-brake is easy if it isn't functioning properly.
If there is a curb, you can turn the tires into it to reduce the load.
Good Luck!
