The starter relay in a 1993 Dodge Stealth has no fuse of its own. The starter relay is powered directly from the BLACK/YELLOW wire coming from the ignition switch.
HI there is one fuse for all the windows . check the window switches. main switch on driver side and the passenger side if window works with main switch .then you have bad switch on passenger side .but if nothing works .it is the window motor
please disassemble the door trim remove the power window switch, remove the connector, get a multi tester to check the switch, move down the switch point to the terminal 1 and 2,3,4.if ok,move upward point to terminal 1 and 2,3,4, if no reading replace the power window switch
It is probably your clutch master cylnder or perhaps the slave cylnder...but it is definetly one of the two, and its best to replace both at the same time.
If you have already replaced the passenger side switch and it still doesnt work its a good chance that there is a pinched wire in the door itself. However usually it wont work from the drivers side either. But I still suggest looking there first.
