I have a problem with my fan it just stops i need your help please

sometimes it a weak relay for fan

Need a bit more info please, is it the fans under the dash for the heater, or the cooling fans for the radiator under the bonnet that won't stop running ?

will try to help. have you made a visual inspection,while car has been driven and stopped,w/engine running, is engine fan running? it cools the motor at stop lights and at idle speed after car has been driven and needs additional help cooling the motor. the thermostat in engine controls the engine temerature, if it [temp. guage moves from 200 and below] the thermostats working. check main fuse box under the hood for blown cooling fan fuse,or a bad cooling fan relay. hope this helps, and as always, thank you for choosing fixya.com.........if you need further assistance, please repost your question, and we'll be happy to assist you!!

verify the fuse first!! the blower is located behind glove box, see it under it and only need to remove 4 phillips screws!

It sounds as if the fan relay is sticking i would replace it and possibly coolant temp sensor as well, good preventive maintenance at lest, Hope this gives you a starting point ,if it is helpful please let us know, please feel free to ask again, Thank You.

The fan motor is bad need to be replaced

You need a new blower motor relay. Have to replace them all the time. It will eventually just burn itself out, they continually short out huge chrysler issue for years.

your fan usually has a slip gear so it slips on and off when needed, but when it wears out it will just keep slipping

I have a 1995 also my would get warm if a was stopped and running for a while. It kept blowing fan fuse so i replaced the fans and have not had a problem with that since.

The blower motor has died, you will need to replace it and last time I did one they were quite expensive (300 bucks), but the prices may have come down
