Hi laura go to ford owners .com and register for free and then download your owners manual then go to roadside emergencies and you will find your passenger fuse box diagram with the proper fuse value you can keep the manual on your phone and computer and print pages when you want, but it's important that you have this in your truck with you other fuses can blow and as long as you have an emergency fuse kit and your manual at hand desperate situations will become somewhat limited you should also have bulbs there values are in the manual to

check to see if you have corrosion in the fuse box or the GEM module, by removing the fuse box completely, disconnect the battery, take out the two screws and two 8mm bolts that hold the fuse box in, it will take some maneuvering to get it positioned right to disconnect the two wiring harnesses from the fuse box, they are bolted through the middle. Once removed, take the GEM module off the back of the fuse box and look for what would be something like the same corrosion you would see on your battery posts, usually one of these components is corroded and causing the problem, my buddy got a replacement fuse box for his from a wrecking yard for only 15 dollars, with all the fuses and relays. If you have this corrosion, then you probably have a windshield leak at the lower left hand corner of the windshield, it lets water drip onto the fuse box and GEM module. Hope this helps, let me know

Did you check the fuel inertia switch in the passenger side kick panel ?
The fuel pump is powered :
the fuse to the fuel pump relay.
The fuel pump relay to the fuel inertia switch
The fuel inertia switch to the fuel pump itself.
At the fuel inertia switch in the kick panel, power from the relay is the Dark Green w/ Yellow stripe wire and the pink w/ black stripe wire is the power. from the fuel inertia switch to the fuel pump.
If you jumper the fuel pump relay, you should hear it run. If not pull the fuel pump relay, and check the pins in the relay socket, pin 30 should be the power from the fuse.
If you have power at pin #30, jumper the relay socket as shown with the red line above, and check the dark green w/ yellow stripe wire at the fuel inertia switch for power.
Press the button on the top of the fuel inertia switch, and check for power leaving the fuel inertia switch on the pink w/ black stripe wire.
This is tests good, check for power at the fuel pump, same pink w/ black stripe wire.
Fuel inertia switch info is in the owners manual, If you did not get an owners manual with your truck ( purchased used ), you can download one from Ford :
