Rounded to the nearest hundred, it would be zero.

12.64 is closer to 0 than it is to 100.

I need help with rounding 1925 to the nearest 1000

1925 rounded to the nearest 1000 is 2000. Since you are rounding to the nearest thousand, you need to look at the digit after that. If the number is greater than or equal to 5, then you round up. Otherwise, you round down. Here, since the number after the 1000 position is 9, we round up.

04 F-150 not wanting to up shift after down shifting for grade, what do I start checking first?

If your talking about OD, still going down hill with no gas pedal applied. It won't. This would be normal because TCC lockup applied runs off the TPS and MAF sensors also. If on level ground and it does work I would look to the MAF sensor. Cleaning it first can help, but they have been know to be out of perimeters and not throw a code.

Oil capacity nissan td 27 engine

Hi! What I've done in the past is purchase two 5 litre containers of the correct grade oil then carefully topped up until just showng below Max level on dipstick I run the car briefly to check for leaks and to fill up new oil filter I let it settle on level ground with engine switched off then top up slowly to correct level, Oh I think you'll find 6 litres is the Norm!
