If your talking about OD, still going down hill with no gas pedal applied. It won't. This would be normal because TCC lockup applied runs off the TPS and MAF sensors also. If on level ground and it does work I would look to the MAF sensor. Cleaning it first can help, but they have been know to be out of perimeters and not throw a code.
Hi! What I've done in the past is purchase two 5 litre containers of the correct grade oil then carefully topped up until just showng below Max level on dipstick I run the car briefly to check for leaks and to fill up new oil filter I let it settle on level ground with engine switched off then top up slowly to correct level, Oh I think you'll find 6 litres is the Norm!
