It is very likely you have a stuck on cooling fan control relay, this is common and can be caused by a fan motor that is failing and drawing excessive current, that burns the contacts together. We do not have this make in my neck of the planet (USA) so not sure where the relay is, but it is most likely in the under hood fuse and relay center.

Check the thermostat. It monitors the temperature of the coolant and turns the fan on to cool the engine when it detects the temperature is too high. When it goes faulty it can cause this issue of the fan being on all the time. (Better that it fails on than fails off and overheats the engine).
