I have the same two codes on a 1999 silverado vin t ...changed purge solenoid and got ac delco 214-2081 as a solution. Didn't work. Would your 30amp ABS fuse happen to be pulled from your underhood fuse box ?
sad to say that you miss on what you did, dtc P0449 was related to vent solenoid contol circuit, purge problem indicates P0443,, check the vent valve connectors supply voltage from the power distribution box, (fuse # 14-tcm/batt) and the other wire(almost white) to ecm C1 #61.
P0135 is a bad 02 sensor
P0442 is a evap problem
P0449 is a vent solenoid
i would check the vent solenoid first its a 4ws fuse under the hood in the fuse box make sure you have power to it you should have power at all times the ground comes from the pcm i think if you fix this everything else will work they are all computer controled
