Why is there no sound when I press unlock button on my remote key, and also when I lock it.

The chime sound that should signal that I am unlocking my 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada, and should also signal when I lock it is not working.

On the Steering wheel are your control buttons for your digital display for controlling the sounds for your alarm, your sound for locking and unlocking. Also your trip meter, mpg display, and several other controls. You can set it up to give a signal noise or be silent.
