Check all fuses in the fuse panel and, if all fuses test OK, check for adequate ground connection to the dash panel.

I have a 2004 xg350 all of my gages example- fuel gage, speedometer, temp. no dash gages work at all, I did check the fuses but my eyes are not what they used to be so I could have missed one, these fuses...

Cheaper to start with fuses but It could also be the relay box if you look at the back of the cover that is covering the fuse box there should be a diagram showing were each fuse.
Not 100% shore but worth checking as there could also a fuse box with fuses and relays in the engine bay
Let me know if this helps

Instrument panel, fuel gage, speedometer, not working.

look in your fuse box and see if the fuse for the instrument panel is blown. Consult your owners manual to locate fuse box. I may also be a fuse under the hood where there is a fuse box too. hope this helps
