Can the buttons on my radio be replaced?

Is it possible to replace the buttons on the radio of a 2003 Nissan Altima? The "Audio, P-scan, and Scan" buttons have fallen off and the "Clock" button is close to breaking off too. Is it possible to buy replacement buttons and add them onto the car? If so, where can I get them?

The only place to get parts is at a junk yard of crashed cars.

2013 Nissan Altima - Push Start/KeyFob/Antenna

not told at all if starter motor is dead silent. or cranks fast and loud
not one good clue here, and MATTERS HUGE!
all fuses test good?
battery charged fully,(cars under hood big battery)
IMMO dash lamp not angry flashes wrong per the lost users guide.?
no you can not replace any only own one dead key DIY.
lost the 2nd key car came with new? I guess so.
sorry IMMO can not be hacked. and is a#1 design GOAL here,
scanning the car is first. if IMMO fails.
what error it shows is any ones guess, we scan it now.
no I read the manual to you in the glove box.
page 99 (pdf)
"The NISSAN Vehicle Immobilizer System will not
allow the engine to start without the use of a
registered key.
The security indicator light blinks whenever the
ignition switch is placed in the OFF, LOCK or ACC
position. This function indicates the NISSAN Ve-
hicle Immobilizer System is operational.
If the NISSAN Vehicle Immobilizer System is mal-
functioning, the light will remain on while the
ignition switch is placed in the ON position.
If the light still remains on and/or the en-
gine will not start, see a NISSAN dealer for
NISSAN Vehicle Immobilizer System ser-
vice as soon as possible. Please bring all
registered keys that you have when visiting
your NISSAN dealer for service".

SO now you know how IMMO works

scanning will tell you the key is bad. I bet. but gee I can;'t scan your car.
the guide is free.

Replaced engine fuse box (with ipdm )on 2003 Nissan Altima SL and now the wipers will not turn off even with switch removed

With IPDM - intelligent power distribution module . Pull the front wiper relay and front wiper hi relay , see if they reset . If that doesn't work you'll need to take it to the dealer an have them reset with factory scan tool . Also ,sometimes new modules need to be programmed . 2008 Nissan Altima radio (AM/FM/CD) does not respond to buttons except on/off volume. It was playing an FM station (cant't tune/scan) and now plays a CD that won't eject.

2008 Altima radio-the sound just quit working. Everything else seems to be OK. I can change the radio stations, but no sound. Is there a fuse that could be bad?

No audio from my radio, and the fm tuner scan will not stop on any station. i bought the car used and it had no radio. the seller of the radio says its good and tested.

if theres no audio then stereos broke or hooked up wrong . Scan not stopping at station would be bad reception (antena not hooked up right) Go to a car audio shop spend a hundred bucks or 2 and get a good stereo and let them hook it up for you for $20.

It very well could be the BCM....only way to check it is to have a full featured scan tool, and check out the systems.
