Check what is eating all the current. A defective part, of a shortage. Use at least a multimeter. When you don't have enough knowledge of electrics, cons;t a tech.

I changed blower motor & resistor. I to replace motor and keeps blowing 2 15 amp fuses in box under hood.

well the blower is not shorted.
there can be a short anywhere from the switch to the blower.
did you look at the operators guide first to see if the fuse size is correct. man blower suck 13 amps. or more.
changed? does that mean a new blower or used?????

a blower can be hand tested and hot wired
i do that with 2 things.
a jumper clip with 20amp inline fuse and 16gage wire.
and my ammeter connected. (clamp)
if the blower works and does not suck too much current its ok.
its just a simple DC brush motor.
and can blow and still be bad, see why? ( armature segment shorts)
but sounds to me like harness shorts.
if the fuse blows with no resistor and no blower, its a harness short.
i dont have fuse box spec, so you will have to find that.

OMG, i looked in the online fsm.
what wierd car..... this blower.
its got 2 fuses for that blower,
EB5 and EB6 wired in parallel,, what joke that is.
the short must be on the blue-white wire (ONLY)
if at all.

here is the proof.
amazing how books work. huh?

Keep blowing the A/C fuse

BY you references to what you have done you have eliminated to fault to the front blower . So I suggest that you concentrate your efforts there. The motor be seized up and is drawing excessive current just to work. There may be a problem with the motor speed control shorting out,or a power wire to the motor worn though and shorting out to an earth point.

My 4x4 fuse keeps blowing. I put in a new one, shift into 4 wheel drive and it blows. Is it a short or could my 4 wheel drive be out. It is a 1994 chevy suburan.

Try this,on the front axle there is an actuator for the 4x4,unplug it and try to engage 4x4 with it unplugged,if the fuse doesn't blow, actuator is bad.
Also look at the wires going to the actuator they get damaged from brush and things.

When i turn in my winshield wipers, they wont come on and i check the fuse but it was blown. i know its a 15 amp. fuse but i put in a 30 amp. and that blew to and it just keeps blowing all the fuses i put...

open up the wiper motor. you will find a gear system . it is probably frozen. clean it weel and use new grease. it should be fine. also check the carbon brush on the armature.

My brake lights arent working on my 1989 Honda CRX. Replaced the switch and fuse and they worked for a bit. Now I've had to replace the fuse a dozen times and it keeps blowing. Any ideas on a solution?

Sounds like you got defective switch.change it out again if the same thing happens you have a couple of ground wires under the rear panel make sure they are good and tight if they come louse it can short the system out and overload the fuse . hope this helps you !

Toyota Camry 1994 Main Fuse keeps blowing

-if your fuses are blowing
-the problem is in the wiring
-because if too much amperage flows through the fuse will blow
-there's probably a short to ground somewhere or high resistance after the fuses causing it to draw more amps
