Check what is eating all the current. A defective part, of a shortage. Use at least a multimeter. When you don't have enough knowledge of electrics, cons;t a tech.

Keep blowing the A/C fuse

BY you references to what you have done you have eliminated to fault to the front blower . So I suggest that you concentrate your efforts there. The motor be seized up and is drawing excessive current just to work. There may be a problem with the motor speed control shorting out,or a power wire to the motor worn though and shorting out to an earth point.

My 4x4 fuse keeps blowing. I put in a new one, shift into 4 wheel drive and it blows. Is it a short or could my 4 wheel drive be out. It is a 1994 chevy suburan.

Try this,on the front axle there is an actuator for the 4x4,unplug it and try to engage 4x4 with it unplugged,if the fuse doesn't blow, actuator is bad.
Also look at the wires going to the actuator they get damaged from brush and things.

My brake lights arent working on my 1989 Honda CRX. Replaced the switch and fuse and they worked for a bit. Now I've had to replace the fuse a dozen times and it keeps blowing. Any ideas on a solution?

Sounds like you got defective switch.change it out again if the same thing happens you have a couple of ground wires under the rear panel make sure they are good and tight if they come louse it can short the system out and overload the fuse . hope this helps you !
