Is this an aftermarket remote starter? Is this a new install or has this unit worked in the past? It sounds suspiciously like the vehicle immobilizer system is shutting down the vehicle since it knows that the key is not in the ignition. Most aftermarket kits require "bypass module" to fool the immobilizer during the remote start running period. These can fail or reset and this can cause the symptoms you are having. If it is a factory remote starter, I'm at a loss unless theirs has a similar configuration and this can have the same issues.

Its the original remote starter that came with vehicle ..is there a timer on it somewhere?...also every once a while 1 out 50 after its warmed up I can get it to start and run correctly ...
There is a timer...it is used to shut the vehicle off after it has run for a certain number of minutes. I doubt that this is the issue, however. I have installed a number of aftermarket-type units, and will make the assumption trhat factory units are similar, but better integrated into the vehicle's electronics. What I would suspect is that one of the bypass relays may be going bad. Since you don't have the key in and turned when remote starting, ther are relays that connect the ignition and accessory voltages to the vehicle electronics. These would normally be supplied theu the ignition switch. There can be a relatively large amount of current acrosss these relay's contacts. This can cause scarring of the contacts, resulting in bad connections. This could cause the relay to drop out and the vehicle to shut down. The relay(s) should be replaceable, although I have no idea where they are or how they are accessed.
