How do I repair heater to blow heat to floor.

The control head that select heat/cold and where the air goes is vacuum controlled. There two vacuum "motors" under the dash that are used to move the blend doors to the heat or A/C position and for routing the air to the proper vent ducts. If neither is operating, chances are that the vacuum line that comes to the control head is broken. You need to locate it and repair it. If it is good, then you have issues in the blend box with the blend doors or the vacuum motors.

I assume your heater setting is electric control, if so either your defrost and floor heat switch failed or wire problem. For the air not hot, check the heat control valve on the top of the hose it should be in front of the firewall. I don't know your car is using mechanic valve or electric control valve. I think the flaps are sticking

the heater vacuum motor and lines needs to be checked.Also get the blend door checked.

blocked vents or not opening properly

Sounds like either a blend door actuator fault, or a climate control head fault. Either way, you may have to get deep into the dash for repairs.

common problem, check under dash by the gas pedal if control arms are muving went selecting from ac to heat cuz this it is the control for the vents to go from ac to heat and to defrost.

Check the control cable that operates the diverter door in the heater box at both ends, to make sure that it operates the door when you move the control lever.
