did you bolt all in the right order from the middle to the outside. and is the enginehead cheked out in special store. this is hardly to be done at home.
Pull in to an Autozone, Napa, or similar big parts store and they will scan for codes free of charge. 9 chances out of 10, that code will direct you to part required for repair. That's why they scan for free. Much easier and cheaper that way.
If it was my car I would be tearing it down because I couldn't afford to buy a new turbo. Maybe it will come out if you spool up the turbo but if it doesn't there will be a new turbo in your future. Hope this helps.
