& put anti-seize on it & both sides of the rotor, as well
as the ends of the pads & slippers or sliding surfaces

Did you clean the caliper bushings & pins/bolts & use
the synthetic brake lube on them

Did you flush all 4 corners (bleed)

What make and model of auto are we working on? If you changed the rotors and pads, then the problem maybe in the tie rod end or a tire the cords have slipped on. Have someone move the steering wheel from side to side just enough to to make the slack out of the steering without moving the wheels to see if there is any movement in the tierods

2003 rav 4 2 ltr petrol changed front discs and pads now have lots of high pitch noise have taken apart and used lots of copper slip and its still happening talked to local toyota garage who said i mave...

someones trying to pull your chain.....the pads fit both sides of the disc(rotor)BUT if the discs were scored then the noise is the pads trying to bed into the scores/ridges....if you can feel a ridge of more than 1mm on the outer edge then you should replace the discs.(dont bother to undercut)then you would have no noise at all.as a matter of interest the front discs last no more than 30.000 miles.fact...unless you use the gearbox to slow down and not the brakes.then 40.000.
