Can I put a third row seat ni my 1999 durango

The blend door or actuator is proba ly bad. And needs replaced

The true questions that you need to look at is this... Durango Seats are "ANCHORED" to the Floor, if there is Anchors in your Flooring, then you can. If you do not, then you need to install a DOT APPROVED Securing system to ensure that passengers are be transported safely in your vehicle. Failure to secure a seat and not meeting the DOT Minimum requirements leaves you vulnerable to law suits if there was an accident.

Contact u pull u pay or similar junk yard. Get the seat from them. if yours never had a third row, some modifications may be necessarybut there's probably a place to mount the seat. When you pull it, be sure should take the bolts as well... and maybe the seat belt mechanism if it's become separated. Good luck!

The third row seat:

Third Row Power-Fold Seat
CAUTION: To prevent possible damage to the third row seat or the safety belts, make sure that the safety belts are not fastened when moving the seat to the load floor position.
CAUTION: Make sure that no objects such as books, purses or briefcases are on the floor in front of the third row seats or on the seat cushion before lowering the backrest(s).
The third row power-fold seat consists of the following electrical components:

• right third row seat relay.
• left third row seat relay.
• right power-fold seat motor.
• left power-fold seat motor.
• right front third row seat switch (if equipped).
• left front third row seat switch (if equipped).
• right rear third row seat switch.
• left rear third row seat switch.

For the third row power-fold seat to operate, a shared ground is supplied by the body security module (BSM) to both of the power-fold seat relays, enabling the seats to then be moved by pressing one of the third row power-fold seat switches. The third row power-fold seat operates only when the vehicle is in PARK and the liftgate glass, liftgate door or any entry door must be open.
The third row power-fold seat motors transfer movement to a drive gear assembly to raise and lower the seat backrest. The power-fold seat motors rotate a short drive cable which is connected to the drive gear assembly.
The relay's are located in Aux. relay box #2

you need to pull the bottom section (****) up and forward flat. then the back rest just lays down. no levers.

You can, but it's not "plug n play". You might have to do some slight modifications (mounts, seat belt anchors, etc..)

I have a 2004 so they should be the same. You have to lift up the front of the seat section an pull it forward so it will lay down. You can then lay the back of the seat down.

I have an 06 - I pull up on the bottom front of the seat cushion only and pull forward then the back of the seat drops down.
