nonono the 15pin from cd module delivers digital signal it wont help you; check if there's any place on the motherboard "waiting" for an aux-in connector to be soldered or if theres any aux in connector in the back of the radio (usually near the iso plug or the antenna plug)
You need to go to your local BMW Dealership and order a Bentley® Manual for quite a few of the wiring diagrams, but now BMW has them on their library of wiring diagrams for Technicians to print out if they're working on a particular area for a short or open circuit.
Perhaps you could explain as to what part of the vehicle you're working on and as to how much details you need insofar as the wiring diagrams you're looking for goes.
check out realoem.com and input your car information and it should give you some diagrams. i just used one of their diagrams for my 2003 bmw 325i belt change and it helped a lot

1.I found this wiring diagram that is on DVD for 12 pounds, (British), http://www.classic-spares.net/CD%20Info/BMW_Wiring_Diagrams_WDS.htm
2.And I found a PDF download of a 525i wiring diagram, http://pdftown.com/BMW-525i-Wiring-Diagram.html (Click on -> elmot535.pdf <- in blue) I included this just in case it was close, and might help.
Other than that, the library suggestions was good, also I have heard that Maybe, a BMW dealer parts department, might copy off individual wiring schematics for you, for a small price.
