How do I change rear brake light bulb of 2008 Nissan Sentra tried from inside the luggage compartment but no luck
Was able to complete this job successfully:
It's a little tricky to do without pictures, but I don't have any available right now.
It was very helpful but didn't solve our problem. It must be some thing else. When you put the lights on it lights but when you step on the brake the bulb doesn't light. Going to try and change the bulb tomorrow if no luck will be taking it to nissan to have it fixed. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks Amy
If power is getting to the light when you turn the lights on, but it does not turn on when you hit the brakes, I would think that you might have a wiring problem. Let me know if changing the bulb solves this or if Nissan has to do something further.

THANK YOU!!! This problem has had me baffled for 2 weeks. Your instructions were spot on and the change took me about 5 minutes
The llight assembly has to be removed there are 4 screws to get it out with, however some just unscrew counter clockwise to get the bulb out.
