Hi Sandra , What do you mean by fuel pump release switch ? There is no such thing on Oldsmobile's .

Only Ford products use an inertia switch for the fuel system.

The relay is powered by a fuse and controlled by the computer.

I'm not aware of an inertia switch on a GM product. Ford products have them.
There is a fuse and a pump relay under the rear seat.

Start out by checking the connections on your battery and the connection next to the fuse block under the hood.
It is possible that this is a bad ignition switch, however if that were the case you would not see the DIC setting reset. DIC setting reset is indicative of a total power loss.

I too have an '03 Aurora 4.0 and searched everywhere trying to find the PCV. There don't appear to be any on the '03 or '02 4.0L. After searching the GM OEM parts site I found PCVs listed only for the '01 4.0L and none for '02 - '03 4.0. However, they do list them for the 3.5L '01 - '02. Hope this helps.

bank 1 sensor 1 will be in exhaust manifold by firewall in the middle. bank 1 sensor 2 will be behind convertor .bank 2 sensor 1 will be in the front manifold down at the end of it
