The check gauges light is on because the temp gauge is not indicating, u may have a thermostat stuck open and the engine never reaches operating temp.

I have a 2007 Chevy Expreess 1500 van. When ambient temperature drops below say 80f outside I get a P0128 check eng code. If during the day the ambient temp raises above 8-85f the light will go out...

P0128 is a generic code to indicate that the engine isn't reaching proper temp. If it has
the Vortec 4.3 like my S-10 is (I am having a similar problem). Check the overflow
tank as the tube will come off and allow air into the system, also check the radiator
coolant level under the cap. The third item is the intake manifold gasket, check for
seepage. If all these things are good I would replace the thermostat (my S-10 had one
sticking which could actually be seen on the temp gage, it wasn't reaching the normal
195 degrees). If you have the temp gage on your dash watch for low temperature to
indicate a bad thermostat, luckily it sounds as if yours is sticking open as mine did.
Hope this helps.

Gas gage say e but there is planty of gas in the

Likely the float inside your gas tank has a hole in it and has filled up with gasoline causing it to sink....or it can be a wire disconnected....somewhere.....check your fuse panel first to be certain it is not a blown fuse...

1998 Audi a4 quattro 2,8 , is there a fuse for oil gage,my oil temperature allways at 350 deg.

No, there is no fuse.

If the temp is always showing max on the gauge there is a problem in the sensor circuit. This could mean the wiring or the temperature sensor itself.

What is the check gauges light

CHECK GAGES light (1) indicates a potential engine failure(low oil pressure, low coolant, coolant overheating) has occurred.
· Check gages and shut down engine. Gages should read as follows: Oil pressure 5 to 10 psi (34 to 69 kPa) at idle; Water Temp gage below 230 degrees (110 C).
· Check engine oil level (Para 2-11) if OIL PRESS gage indicates low reading. Check coolant level (Para 2-11) if Water Temp gage indicates high reading. Notify Unit Maintenance if levels are low.

If CHECK ENGINE light (2) is on, check engine oil pressure gage (3) and water temperature gage (4). If both indicate normal, proceed with mission and then notify Unit Maintenance. If either one does not indicate normal, stop engine immediately and notify Unit Maintenance

My check gage light is on what do i do help!!!!!!!!!!

A "check gage light" typically indicates a faulty reading on one of the gages located on your instrument cluster. After starting your vehicle, observe your instrument cluster if one of the indicator needles on the instrument cluster remains all the way to the left or "pegs" out all the way to the right, it may be the cause of your fault. The exception is the coolant temperature gage it will take 10 to 15 minutes after which the needle should rise to a normal position. Correcting the "faulty gage light" will depend on which gage is malfunctioning. Once you have figured out which gage is causing the check gage light to illuminate, then we can proceed to correcting the problem causing it.
