If the vehicle has a fuel injected engine with ECU (computer) then there is no such screw. The computer controls the idle speed through the Idle Air Control valve, which can become dirty. The IAC can be cleaned then.

disconnect the battery and plug it back in. sometimes it may take the vehicle a couple of runs for it to reteach itslef.

on your carb you will find 2 screws 1 is a thritle stop screw the outher is the mixture screw the ajustment y need is the throttle screw hope this helps

if it is carburated you need to adjust the fast idel and the choke if it is fuel injected try checking the temp on the coolant temp sensor with a scanner the temp might be reading wrong if it is differant than ambiant temp in the morning change sensor

it has a metal cap on it and has to be drilled out and ajusted by a licenced mechanic if your talking about the fuel mixture for the idel it's on the cabe near the body of the carburator.

Faulty throttle position sensor, or idle air control valve.
