Made a video of me replacing the brake light but I show how to remove and install the tail light assembly. It's on a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe but should be the same as a 2004.
To locate and change the the (4) spark plugs on a 2003 Hyundai 2.4L 4 cylinder engine: Remove the (4) 12mm bolts from the decorative plastic engine cover. Remove plastic cover from engine and place it off to the side out of your way. Standing in front of the car, the (4) spark plugs are located laterally (left to right) in the recessed area underneath where the plastic engine cover was removed. Note: This engine has (2) coils....They are located above spark plugs number (2) and (3) from left to right.
Hello there There is a large plastic protective cover on the underside of the front
of the engine which covers the bottom of the engine from side to side.
On the passenger side close to the front of the vehicle there is a
rectangular access port (about 6" x 8") built into this plastic cover.
The access port has a cover which is removed using two screws that are
right beside each other. The port cover slips out after these screws
are removed and the oil filter is visible as soon as the panel cover is
off. I hoe that you find this very helpfull best regards michael
