driving home, i noticed some metal clunking sounds coming from the front driversside. at ... hmmmm....if it's grinding, then probably a bearing.

Sounds like big end bearing gone and oil would probably be coming from gear box and engine seam and falling on exhaust its sounds like a pretty stuffed motor but everything is fixable depending on how much coin it coast and if its worth it cya Neil

sounds like the hub [wheel bearing]going --but check brake to make sure pads are seated correctly and piston is not frozen

Hi! The first thing to do is to run a diagnostic check on the van. On the diagnostics it will show faults and from there we can do the fix. Let me know what it says when its done. Hope this helps and take care.

I espect this either a wheel bearing our the CV joint is failing. It may possibley be a noise coming from the brake (rotor and caliper) I would recommend getting it in to a shop for a look or, if you feel up to it, get it up on a jack stand, remove that tire and give a look.

WELL WHAT YERA IS THIS TRUCK AND IS THE SOUND COMING FROM FRONT OR IS COMING DOWN DRIVE LINE IT COULD BE AT TRANSFER CASE THAT WHY IT GOSE AWAY WHEN IN FOUR WHEEL YOU COULD PULL THE DRIVE LINE IN FRONT AND SEE IF NOIS GOSE AWAY THEN ITS IN FRONT IF ITS THERE WITH DRIVE LINE OUT PUT IN GEAR AND IF NOIS GOSE AWAY THEN ITS THE TRANSFER CASE

Check your wheel bearings...loud roaring noise if they need to be replaced

hi. that noise is the vacuum pump knocking. it should stop if you press the break pedal a few times or pull the pipe of the break servo. £120 on ebay half hour job to change

If the noise is coming from the right front when making a left turn it would be a wheel bearing if you can narrow down where the sound is coming from i would check that.
