Stalling and lagging

Went through water about a foot deep and the enine hydrolocked. Got all of the water out and (aside from being loud) the car has ran ok for about a month. Then it started almost stalling (when the gas is pressed much beyond idle) going to normal idle and back and forth. Also, when the gas is pressed, there is a noticible dip in rpms and a lag in accelleration. The computer is throwing a map sensor code. I've replaced all vacuum tubes touching the throttle body, the map sensor, the fuel filter, cleaned the throttle body, and replace the spark plugs without lasting effect (when I replaced the map sensor, I was able to drive it 30 miles without much of a problem, when I replaced the vacuum lines it worked for 10 miles).

The lag seems to happen right away, and the stalling seems to happen when it is warmed up a bit.

I went through a deep puddle and now it iddles but stalls when I step on the gas gas

let it idle for a while so the water can boil or evaporate out of where it got in. The warm engine will speed the process.

95 4.6 LTR. V-8 was driven through deep standing

Loud knocking is usually a "bad sign". If water got into the engine, and you tried to start it, you could have bent or broken rods. That's a major engine repair.

I drove my kia optima in a deep puddle and now it won't start it makes one clicking sound and nothing happens the starter is good but water did get into the intake and water did get past the butter fly...

Did you crank the engine with the spark plugs out in order to discharge any water that may be trapped in the combustion chambers? Water cannot be compressed. Hope you didn't hydrolock it.

Went thru a flooded road about 8"deep stalled out

You filled the cylinders with water. You will need to remove all the spark plugs and crank the engine with them out, to push out the water. you will also want to replace the air filter as it is probably saturated with water.

Went into about a foot of water engine died car starts but now makes very lound noises

if it is not too late, do NOT start it again-remove the plugs (all of them, it is a pain but it might save your engine) and remove the relay for the fuel pump-turn the car over, quickly just 2 or 3 seconds at a time, about 4 or 5 times. This will force water out of the plug area and the tops of the cylinders. DRAIN THE OIL AND REMOVE THE FILTER, use a turkey baster and put a SMALL AMOUNT of oil (a teaspoon full at most) in each cylinder, then fill the crank case with 6 quarts of fresh oil and a new filter. Install the plugs (if the look worn, good time to replace them) and start it up-you might have to replace the oil again if it looks AT ALL MILKY after running for a few minutes. If it is still making a loud banging noise, you had what is known as 'hydrolock' in one or more cylinders and it is probable that a piston or pistons are damaged and the engine is blown.
