Fuel vent selenoid location on 2008 suburban - 2008 Chevrolet Suburban

vent valve ? emission canister vent valve ? Under the vehicle near the fuel tank.

I do believe they moved them to inside the fender well by the gas fill tube.

sounds like a vent door selenoid, a frayed wire to the selenoid. The selenoid operates the vent door to close, or allow outside air into car

loosen gas cap if sucks air vent solenoid or gas cap. take gas line loose at motor cycle key to pump gas in glass jar. check for water

on the neck of the tank

Usually a venting problem in the filler pipe or with the gas tank.
Pressure inside the tank as to escape as fuel is being added.

It's either the fuel pump or the fuel pressure control module.
I have the same condition on an 08 suburban 1500.
I am going to replace both. The fuel pressure control module needs to be reprogrammed at the dealer after install from what I have read.
I'll let you know the outcome.

Have you checked to see what the actual fuel pressure is at the fuel injectors?

Change the evap vent solenoid canister located near the master cylinder on the right side of the engine or your hoses may be cracked. Good luck!
