Looking for location of bcm on 97 astro van dash

The BCM is located immediately above the heater controls inside the dash on my 2004 Astro. I know it controls the headlights and locks but not gauges. Haynes says the gauge fuse supplies it power....but I'm not going to bank on that one.

Power door locks wont work and dosent seem to get enough power to drivers side window

Buy a different van. I maintain a fleet of 10 Astros and the automatic door locks on all of them do not work. 5 of them have windows that don't work. The rear door handles on three of them have broken in half. The auto door latch in the 02 will not open.
