SOURCE: throax squib circuit open....anyone know more

The right side airbag has a loose connection or is unplugged. It will be a bright yellow connector behind the dash on the right side. You may be able to see it by removing the glovebox. I don't remember its exact location.

SOURCE: driver side squib circit #1 open

obvious if you have a code to say it`s a squib circuit then you have had a scan tool hooked up to the car.does the airbag light come on only when the steering wheel is turned.if so then it`s a a good chance that it is the clock-spring in the steering colume could be damaged or dirty, either way only a qualified tech should handle this job as it is very dangerous to do your self.air bags have gone off just unhooking the wiring for the system or even connecting the wiring for the system and if you think you are fast enough to get out of the way then i hope your funeral is bought and paid for because it will be used. you only get one chance the do it no do overs

Airbag light on

B 1811. Open in driver side squib, 2nd step circuit.
The driver's side seat belt circuit is open. Remove the driver's side pillar cover, and look at the connector attached to the reel. Clean it with contact cleaner and place it back. If it does not solve the problem check the harness wiring for damage or broken wire.

Check the rotating contact (also known as the clock spring) under the steering wheel, this is the weak link in all airbag systems.
