Where is the mute button on the i20 car radio

no car told, my guess is
2009-2011 Toyota Camry SE, XLE'4 Cyl 2.4L, 4 Cyl 2.5L, 6 Cyl 3.5L 2ARFE, 2AZFXE, 2GRFE; 2ARFE, did you ever see it work in this car.?
mute button broken or radio is in secure mode. lost the license key?
some radios have rear pin 52 mute wire that goes to cars mute button, but no told , all I did was guess. Camry./

if it is the FACTORY RADIO you do not have mute button. I have a after market radio it has mute button..... good luck

You need to take the car to the dealer who can use their computer attached to the cars brain to reset the necessary components. Or read the manual in your glove compartment for individual instructions on how to reset codes.

i would also check the mute or volume buttons on the steering wheel. spray them with a can of compressed air, hold the volume up and spray the minus and vise versa. hope this helps.
