Can we fix the heater and defrost in a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo LS without the AC compressor

You may be able to remove compressor and purchase a pulley with an arm that atttaches to the block in place of compressor. Or remove compressor altogether and install a shorter serpentine belt. Hope this has been of some help.

My 1998 isuzu rodeo has been running very poorly, then it will run fine. Someone told me it is the intake manifold gasket. It has been doing this for awhile. The serpentine belt broke as well. I believe...

NO!. tensioner has bearing to make it roll. just remove the belt to make have full access to the tensioner. then remove the bolt on center of tensioner. once it was removed you has a free hand to change bearing.

Need a diagram on how to in stall a serpentine belt on a 99 isuzu rodeo v6 with air conditioning

Remove the upper radiator shroud. Remove the fan by undoing the 4 bolts that hold it to the water pump. Using a wrench turn the tensioner pulley hex nut to release tension on the belt. Remove the belt and replace with a new one. Refer to diagram for routing detail. http://www.fixya.com/support/r5914885-isuzu_serpentine_belt_routing_diagram
