Hi there, firts you must locate yourself under the vehicle, after that, search for the transmission fluid pan, there you will see two plugs (screws). The one on the bottom its the drain plug, the other its the overfill screw. If you need more information, just send an e-mail ([email protected]) I had a complete repair manual.

How do i refill the transmission fluid....

Estimate how much fluid you lost. You Refill through the tube holding the dipstick. Don't overfill that could be bad news.

Where put transmission oil in1999 Ford falcon

Automatic transmission? If it has a transmission dipstick, you use a funnel to pour it in through the dipstick tube, with the dipstick removed. If it has NO transmission dipstick, then there's a refill plug on the side of the transmission.

Manual transmission? It has a refill plug on the side of the transmission.

BE SURE to use the CORRECT transmission fluid for your car and your transmission! If you use the wrong fluid, you'll wreck the transmission.

Does a mazda 323f 2001 model need gearbox oil change after some milage or is it a sealed unit?

Automatic and standard transmission needs fluid change every 24 months. On automatic transmissions, the gasket needs to be changed as well as the filter. On standard transmission there is a drain plug that can be loosened up, and refilled through the refill hole. Standard transmission use gear oil, while automatic transmission uses automatic transmission fluid.

Wher is the refill point for a Festiva 1996 manual transmission?

If you look at the transmission, you will find a drain plug on the bottom, look for a similar plug on the side of the transmission, take out plug and if oil is at the bottom of side plug hole, trans is full, if not refill here until oil is running out of hole, reinstall plug.
