When you disconnect the battery cables, do you disconnect both or just the negative and how old is the battery. Sulfated cells in the battery will cause the same condition.
Most of the time the culprits are the glove box light or trunk light left on. However the light dimming module should turn them off after they have been on for 20 minutes or so on your vehicle.
I would start by disconnecting the wiring at the alternator and let it set over night and see if it starts in the morning.
OK, we can rule those out.
Do you have a volt meter and or test light?
If you have a 12 volt test light (it must be 12 volt) you can disconnect the negative battery cable, put the test light between the battery negative and the battery negative cable ( in series) and you will see the test light come on.
Start removing (1) fuse at a time until the test light goes out. When the light goes out, record the fuse name and let me know. We can start diagnosing from there.
Good luck, let me know.
Regards,
The PCM will usually have a small parasitic drain on the battery. Leave that fuse out, with all other fuses in fuse box, does the light stay out?
Let me know.
Regards,
Pull all fuses out. Insert one fuse at a time and record any that the light comes on then remove that fuse and go to the next.
Did you remove the fuses from the under hood fuse box only? There is an interior fuse box located in the dash.
Let me know.
