This should be able to be done at your local auto parts store for example Auto Zone. I do believe their readers are capable of resetting this error code for you. Also if the store near you operates the same as the location up here, this service is free.

How do I inflate a low tire on a 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo? I cannot put any air in any tires and the low tire pressure light is on.

What? You should just be able to go to a gas station with an air pump and put air in them...How can you not put air in them?

How do I reset the low tire pressure light on my 2004 monte carlo ss

It will go off soon as you put the right amount of air in your tires or minutes later, and if you are using a spare tire then the light will stay on until you put the full size tire. Good luck

Getting bad mileage on my 2002 Monte Carlo LS 3400 SFI 3.4 liter V6 and it is suppose to get 31/22 MPG can you tell me why this may be occurring?

www.fueleconomy.gov list the mileage for your vehicle at 29/19. I don't know what kind of mileage you have been getting, so I have nothing ot compare it to. You could be due for a tuneup, air filter and oil change. Scan the computer for trouble codes that may be stored in the computer and clear the codes. Keep your tires aired up to the max recommend pressure on the tire sidewall. All these things will improve fuel mileage. Great performance and mileage increase. Cold weather can affect fuel mileage as the engine runs richer until it warms up. The gas at the service stations has a lot to do with fuel mileage. Especially when they switch over from summer to winter formula. I got a boost in mileage and performance with a set of E3 spark plugs.

Reset indicator lights

The " Check Engine" pertains to the computer sysytem informing you of a failure code stored. In order to clear , the problem must first be solved, and then clear the computer. Tire prssure warning light advises of low air pressure in any of your tires. Check tire pressures. A fault in a particular tire valve sensor may also indicate a fault if all pressure are up to spec
