1992 Geo storm GSi 1.8 rus ruff injector 1 & 3 are not firing getting spark but no signal to injectors

How do you know there is no signal to injectors? If you verified this is true, then you may have a driver circuit problem in the ECM. If not and you have the injectors being pulled to ground but they are not firing, you could have plugged injectors.

No signal to injectors ?

make, model, year? use obdii scanner (1996 & later) to get trouble code if there is? (older model may have manual procedure for this, search). typically the signal/s comes from the computer (ecm, or pcm whichever the mfr. of the vehicle calls it). check fuses, & relays (if any) to the computer. some design, the cam sensor provides signal to the computer to give signal to the injectors..

1991 mitsubishi mighty max 2.4 has no injector pulse why?

It could be that your crank sensor is bad or your ecm. your crank sensor sends a small amount of voltage to your computer telling it that you are trying to start your engine the computer in turn sends a signal to the injectors telling them to pulsate because you are trying to start the engine but if your crank sensor is bad and sends no voltage signal to your computer your computer doesn't know you are trying to start your engine therefore it doesn't send the signal to your injectors telling them to pulsate. If your crank sensor is sending a signal to your computer then your computer is not sending the signal to your injectors more likely a grounding issue through the computer I have seen this before let me know how it goes.

Fuel injectors

I doubt it.
The injectors get power from a fused circuit when the key is on.
Then the engine computer grounds each injector when it wants the injector to open.
You would first need to know if the injectors have power, then if they are getting a ground signal from the computer when the engine is cranked.

1995 Chevy truck 5.7 getting spark but no pulse to injectors when trying to start.

Interesting. The ignition module sends a signal to the computer which grounds the injectors. The injector driver in the computer could have failed. Its possible one of the injectors shorted out and cooked the driver.
You are sure you are getting power to the injectors, but no ground signal ?

Fuel injectors

There is a module to control the injector valve o and off. If it doesn't give a signal to turn on the injectors then injector is not working. The electrical connector from your injector is where the signal from the module going in.
