Try www.autozone.com to see if they have your car listed for diagrams pictures and step by step instructions if your car is not listed then try your local library they have all the car manuals and even copy them for you

Stage 1: Tighten = 40 Nm

I have a 98 vw passat glx. the button which opens the fuel pump door does not seem to work. i have to press it about 20 times before the door opens. any solutions???

chances are the spring that opens the flap is weak,just replace the spring.if it gets stuck shut pull away the carpet/trim from inside the trunk to get to the flap wire.
