My car sounds like a jet taking off the faster I go

If it sounds like a jet taking off then it's most likely some rush of air so where/how does air under pressure come from? Well, it comes from your exhaust but you said that's been replaced. Could be a cylinder head gasket in a engine but you would have felt a lose of power if that was the problem.
Is it a bearing that just sounds like an air sound? As I've suggested with other people...have someone follow you, then pull up along side of you on both sides and see if they can hear/isolate where the sound is coming from.

Sometimes when you're driving it's hard to hear exactly where the sound is coming from because're driving!
So having two people in another car riding along side of you on the highway or unpopulated back road can hear it better.

Just remember to do it are on the road after all but if you hear it at should be able to hear it loud and clear at 55 or 65 or whatever the speed limit is.

Going too slow on the highway is dangerous too so obey the speed limits.

How do I sound proof the cab of my truck. The road noise is horrible.

Road noise can be caused by tires and by bearings. Sound proofing after market involves rubberized undercoating and insulation under the matting on the floor. It is dicey at best.

When I start it make a loud clunck then when running there is a loud rattling what could be causing this ?

Are all the lug nuts tight? That would account for that sound. If they're loose you could lose a wheel in heavy traffic on the highway.

Please get someone to help you with this, Debi.

2000 Cadillac DeVille sounds like prop-plane on acceleration

Could be the serpentine belt rubbing on something, but is probably a bearing problem in the belt idler pulley. However, it could be the power steering pump, AC compressor clutch or generator. As the water pump is at the opposite end of the engine, it's probably not that.

I have a 2002 chevy impala its for the most part a pretty decent car. The main issues im having seems to be the usual for these cars, the cat has gone bad at only 113,000. My main concern is the hard...

do a fresh tune up including wires and plugs.
sometimes fuel injectors can become clogged and limit the amount of fuel delivered to engine clean with good injector cleaner.
the spark pack could have gone bad and misfire.
engine timing is off so could be cam position sensor not functioning properly.
I would not recommend a trip til the problem is repaired. Nobody likes to be stranded.
another idea would be the timing chain might have slipped.

Bang on the catalytic converter being careful not to get burnt and see if it's loose causing a rattle. Until you determind what the problem is don't drive the vehicle. The other possibility is that you may need an engine. If what you're hearing us a connecting rid knock.
