I have checked for fuel and have fuel checked for fire at the plugs but no fire. I have had 3 scanner hooked to the car but they will not connect. All the fuses and relays have been checked they are good. hooked up a fourth scanner it connected till we tried to crank the car as soon as the car turned over and fired the scanner lost connection and the car would not fire again
The scanner drops out when the power voltage drops too low.
so your 12vdc the ECU is tool low. use volt meter
to find the voltage drop point.
you mean no spark, fire is what fuel does when ignited.
and spark is first. if no spark say, i have no spark to 4 cylinders.
my guess is this.
lost DC power to ECU.
this kills spark
and loss of spark kills injection so, lost power kills injection 2 ways.
find this problem by watching spark and power to ECU.
the ECU will drop out about at 9v.
cranking the voltage usaully sags to about 11v cranking.
now you have a goal 11v min, to ECU at all times.(cept siberia)

the computer controls the fuel allowed into the engine, so if its not shutting the fuel pump off after the initial prime, it's probaly a computer problem, they are know for corroding inside the computer, can be fixed cheaper then replaced!

Hi there ..... You have to drop the tank to access the fuel pump on your vehicle.
SOURCE: I need the fuse diagram for 2004 Suzuki Aerio
Shorting out, or not working? Each describes a different problem, and with shorting out, you would be blowing and replacing fuses all the time.
Not working would indicate a bad connection somewhere. Maybe the main fuse buss, maybe a relay connector, etc.
Wiring diagrams can normally be found in the factory service manuals, which many repository libraries maintain a copy of.

Check the negative battery cable from the battery connection to the location where this cable bolts to chassis ground. I had a similar problem and it turned to be a corroded negative battery cable which was attached to the metal chassis frame. I went to AutoZone and bought a new cable for about $12 buck and no more problems. The Aerio's are know to have this cable corrode and cause starting problems. Good Luck.

The fact that your car tries to start tells me that your starter, alternator and battery are all probably good.
If none of your spark plugs are getting spark you probably have faulty spark plug wires, or distributor. Check these two things first. Make sure your wires are securely connected to distributor and plugs. To test them individually, take out the spark plug and leave it in the wire. Turn your car over and check for spark from the plug one cylinder at a time. Do not hold the plug in your hand or you will get a nice shock.
