remove fuse from fuse box inside truck-to find which one is for wiper look at fuse box cover for listings. If not there do a search "2008 toyota land cruiser fuses".

if you mean erase the codes, you will need obd2 scanner for 1996 to now- got one from ebay for under 20 bucks- works great

Torque setting Toyota Land-cruiser 80 Series 4.5 1995-98
Engine code: 1FZ-FE, 1HD.
Stage 1: 20 Nm (Start tightening bolts from center to outwards)
Stage 2: 39 Nm
Stage 3: Rotate each bolt by 90 Degrees.
Stage 4: Further rotate each bolt by 90 Degrees

This code is related to your skid control ecu, it may need to perform a zero point calibration, or more diagnostic involve, it is a must take to a dealer problem, do the right think safety first.

If the "overdrive off" light is flashing, this indicates an error condition in the transmission ECU.

There is a diagnostics procedure you can follow, but it is a bit too long to go in to here. Try and track down a copy of the Toyota service manual, number RM315E (searching the ih8mud forums is a good start) and follow the procedure in there for reading the fault codes.

It involves bridging the diagnostics connector in the engine bay (facing the front of the vehicle with the bonnet open it is to the right of the engine on the bulkhead) - easy to do...
