SOURCE: Where is the transmission range sensor for 2006

Right on the transmission, to the right side of the engine bay as you are looking down on it. It is a black plastic part that is bolted on the transmission with two 10mm bolts, and connected to the transmission with rod and clip. It is partially obstructed by the radiator hose, but otherwise really easy to get to.

I have anexclamation point on my dashboard. its a 2007 suzuki forenza. what does it mean

on a Suzuki , Your vehicle is equipped with Speed Sensitive Power Steering (SSPS).
This is a computer-controlled power steering assist system.
The warning light you are describing will come on briefly when you turn the ignition to ON as a check to show you the bulb is working.
Then it should go out after a few seconds. If the warning light does not come on, have it fixed so it will be able to warn you if there is a problem.
If the warning light stays on, or comes on while you are driving, the SSPS system may not be working.
Your computer will need to be scanned to determine what the problem is with your SSPS system.

What is the SSPS warning light? what does it mean? used to flash on and off now its staying on more. I saw someone asked the question, but I don't know Spanish!

this is the speed sensitive power steering system light and it is usually due to either a problem with the sensor, located at the base of the steering column or the pump itself might be defective.

SPSS or Speed Sensitive Power Steering warning light.

My SSPS light is going on and off. I have a 04 Suzuki Forenza.

When my SSPS came on (same kind of thing...it'd come on and stay on for a while, then not come on at next startup) I took it in to replace my power steering fluid. Hasn't come on since.

The SSP light just came on in my 2004 suzuki forenza. Does that mean I have to take it for service.

The SSPS light is for the Speed Sensitive Power Steering. Mine comes on sometimes but after cycling the ignition switch goes off.
