When it starts i will try to keep it going with accellerator with no prevail, Starts and stalls within 2 seconds?
Replace your idle air control valve their about 25.00 to 30.00 dollars easy fix its located on backside of your throttle body 2 screws
Hey Steve, I have been looking up codes all day til 30 minutes ago. I have learned a tremendous amount by all the forums. I suspected all along that the problem was the Security System, but the Key method wouldn't work, until I figured out that Fuse 6 & 7 were not even in, so even tho Security System was tripped, it would not do its light blinking thing, so I put two fuses in, then the car I guess was able to recognize the Security System was Tripped, then One Turn of the Passenger Side Key and like Magic, lol, it started right up.

ok it has nothing to do with the gear box
no ower to your injectors check engine fuse
if and wen u took the gear box out did take the positive lead off?
if u did unplug the computer or try the reset so the computer can no the car is back togeather

If you haven't changed the plugs or had the fuel system cleaned, now would be a good time to do it. The number 1 culprit for rough idles is dirty injectors or plugs. You can try an injector cleaner in a can (or bottle) for under $10 and see if it helps, and then work from there. If there isn't any improvement then if you are able to, check the plugs for any gunky buildup and if you find a bad plug, make sure you replace them all (or have them replaced) at the same time.
