SOURCE: how to nremove door mirror on a 2002 suzuki

If you're lucky, on the inside of the door, will be a triangular panel right behind the mirror that you can pop off. If you're not as lucky and it's one piece or the panel is blocked by the door panel, you'll need to remove the door panel to change it.

On the inside trim, you can remove screws (these screws may be covered by filler pieces or may be visible, or they may require you pry a plastic piece off that covers the screws) that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you can remove the bolts holding the mirror onto the door

SOURCE: need to change the battery in a suzuki liana

First be sure you are purchasing the proper replacement battery for your specific needs...batteries are not the same...kind of like cereal makers, batteries are only made by about 6 companies...(many brand names) Your local parts store should be able to offer the proper battery model to start your comparison...Use the rated "Cold Cranking Amps"...CCA for comparison. Your factory battery was probably rated at 650 CCA...you can compare amps from 650CCA to 1000CCA. Depending on your array of electrical accesories, the higher rated CCA's have more starting, and maintaining power...the warranties will range from 3-8 years as of course the higher rated CCA battery will cost slightly more. If you have not purchased the battery yet...compare the Duralast Gold battery from Auto Zone...power, warranty, and price are hard to beat...includes a 3 year free replacement, and 8 year pro-rated warranty...Also, most auto parts stores will install your battery for free:) You can watch and see the simple process of disconnecting both positive (red) and negative (black) terminal cables...then locate the battery hold down bolt...(usually 10MM deep well socket) remove and carefully lift out the old battery...some old and most new batteries have a ******** top that helps in the lifting out...and installing the new battery. Tighten down the hold-down bolt, re-connect the terminal posts...and you should be complete...the engine may run rough for a few minutes while the fuel and air mixtures are automatically re-setting to factory specs...Your parts store can confirm that your problem is the battery and not your alternator, before you invest in a battery or alternator...again for free while still installed in your car...Hope this helps.

Hi our Suzuki Liana 2006 Clock and temperature guage stays lite up all the time and won't turn off - even when the car is turned off.

I was looking for the Owners manual to see if there is a wheel where you can adjust the brightness or turn the dash light illumination off altogether? I didn't find that, but I did find the service manual!

Page 1126 shows the gauge and a 'switch'.

Where is crank sensor liana 1.6

welcome to the USA forum , is your car USA.
no.
my guess is it has the M16a engine
see bottom left CKP #5
The M class engines , its on the PULLEY side
and facing said pulleys, (regardless of car it is)
its to the right of the pulley
that means the crank tone (teeth) wheel is behind said pulley on end of crank shaft.

we do have swifts here with m15 or M16
here is the CKp sensor on the M151af3207a-b3d0-4af0-9cf7-86ddd395ba79.jpg

About suzuki liana

I haven't seen or heard of common problems with Suzuki. Their parts wear out like the others. Only thing I don't like is having to buy about every part for a Suzuki from the dealer. Not much after market parts out there for Suzuki.
